All of our candles are made from a blend of all natural soy waxes. 

Returns

We offer free returns of any defective merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Simply email our support team at support@hauseofwax.com the details of your order and one of our representatives will respond with a return label to send the items back. 

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to email our support team at support@hauseofwax.com. If an order has shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you will need to place a new order.

While we do our best to esnure that no items arrive damaged, we also understand that things may happen during transit that are outside of our control. That being said, if your order arrives damaged, please email our support team at support@hauseofwax.com to request a replacement or refund. 

Shipping

Because all of our candles are hand-made to order, processing time is currently 7-10 calendar days. This allows the oils and wax in our candles to properly bond and create a product that is both potent and lasting. An email with tracking information will be sent to you once you order ships so that you can track it from our door to yours! 

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support team at support@hauseofwax.com and we can assist you with the next steps.

In the rare chance that you do receive a defective item, please email our support team at support@hauseofwax.com and a member of our team will be more than happy to assist you with getting either a refund or replacement. 

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders of $75 or more. We also run promotions from time to time where customers can get free shipping no matter the cost. Be sure to sign up for our email or SMS notifications to stay up to date on those.
